  •  Understand how manager acts when a challenge is poised for team.
  •  Think over if you can better them.
  •  Be sincere, have courage to give your best ideas and Volunteer for team.
  •  Over period of time your will be noted for your actions.
  •  Share wide circle of friends, Influence them to have goals, and how you can help them.
  • Learn at least One skill better than you manager, Show when needed.
  • Plan you work and see if you can help Others/ lead. Praise your immediate manager so that you becomes his buddy.
  • Talk about your successes. You are all set for RAISE.

  •  Have clear vision on what you want to achieve.
  • Have Fun- start confidently, dress appropriately.
  • Discuss your goals with ur manager and pears.
  • Keep your eye on goals- Its absolutely important to have eyeon gaols, Stay ahead of Othres, learn new technology – At one key skill per year.
  •  Have the right team ..encourage positive mood share and Jokes.  Understand that People have limitations, love them. ( Tip- give people, what they want.. Not what you have).
  •  Encourage open discussion. But STOP when people are crossing limits.
